Is the ERP Health Check really free?
Yes. It is a free 30-minute video call with no obligation to work with us.
Who runs the call?
The founder, Chandru Biradar, who has worked extensively with ERPNext and the Frappe Framework across finance, HR, CRM, purchasing, inventory and manufacturing.
Do we have to be an existing client?
No. It is open to businesses that run ERPNext or another ERP today, and to businesses deciding whether ERPNext fits them.
What should we prepare?
Nothing formal. It helps to know which ERP and version you use, how it is hosted, and the two or three things that frustrate your team most. You can add these in the request form.
Does it work if we use a different ERP?
Yes. We will tell you honestly what we see, including whether ERPNext would suit your business better or whether what you have already fits.
What happens after the call?
You decide. If it makes sense to work together, we send a written scope and estimate before any work starts. If not, you still leave with practical advice.
