Will customisations break when ERPNext is upgraded?
We build everything in a separate custom app using hooks, custom fields and overrides rather than changing ERPNext core files. That keeps upgrades predictable, and we test custom logic against new versions before you upgrade.
Can you take over an existing custom app built by someone else?
Yes. We review the code, document how it works, fix urgent issues and then continue development. Several of our engagements are long-running ownership of large custom apps.
Do you write tests?
Yes. Business-critical calculation logic gets automated tests (FrappeTestCase), and we work with your team's code review process.
Can external users like suppliers or customers use the system?
Yes. We build Frappe www portal pages and web forms so suppliers, customers or applicants can submit and view their own records without a desk login, including WhatsApp OTP login.
