• Contact form: your name, email address, and optionally your company and phone number, plus the message you write.
• Emails and calls: the information you choose to share when you contact us directly.
• Technical data: our web server records standard request data (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project. This is our legitimate interest, or a step you ask us to take before entering a contract.
• To keep a record of enquiries in our internal business system (ERPNext), so we can follow up properly.
• To protect the website against spam and abuse.

We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.

Cookies and third parties

The site uses only the essential cookies our web platform (Frappe) needs to work, such as a session cookie. We do not use advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting business relationship, and for up to three years after our last contact unless the law requires longer. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Sharing and security

Your data is stored on secured servers and accessed only by people who need it to respond to you. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and email, under appropriate safeguards, or when the law requires it. Some providers may process data outside your country, in which case we rely on appropriate safeguards.

Your rights
